The meeting is due to start at 7:30 p.m. and they have asked that anyone considering attending should contact them to confirm. Likewise, anyone who won't be able to attend because of the weather.
Should it be deemed necessary, the meeting will be called off by 1 p.m. tomorrow.
We're told the choice of venue will have a good range of guest beers so no surprise this is usually a very well attended meeting.
