West Yorkshire Clarets start 2009 in Saltaire
Last updated : 28 January 2009 By Tony Scholes
With Carling Cup heartbreak still a recent memory, 5 straight league defeats, a baron transfer window for the Clarets and potential trip to the Emirates to discuss, there probably won't be much chatter about the village's purpose built houses, its Italianate architecture and Saltaire's most famous export David Hockney.
The meeting will be held this coming Thursday 29 January and all Burnley fans are made welcome. Subs are payable at the meeting of £2 (or £1 unwaged) but if this is your first meeting then it is free.
For further details of the meeting, or for more information on the West Yorkshire Clarets, please email
MARTIN BELL or alternatively email
CLARETS MAD and we will forward it on.
