This charge 'E20(a) - failure to ensure its players and/or officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion' follows the home defeat against Preston and in particular the aftermath following the dismissal of Joey Gudjonsson that saw substitutes Brian Jensen and Ade Akinbiyi on the pitch.
Reported by referee Lee Mason Burnley have decided to accept their punishment for this without attending the hearing. We can expect a fine and the two clubs most recently found guilty of this charger were Brighton and Hartlepool who were each fined £500.
The second charge relates to the reaction to the red card given to Kyle Lafferty in the FA Cup tie against Arsenal and we have until Thursday 24th January to respond to that charge.
