Just seven are through, another thirteen face replies whilst Colchester, like ourselves, are still waiting to play following the postponement of their tie at Barnet yesterday. None of the winners beat a Premiership side although Birmingham, Cardiff, Hull, Leicester and Sheffield Wednesday all made home draws against opposition from the top division.
The 3rd round draw took place on the Sunday but it is back to Monday draw days now and this afternoon, at 1:30 p.m. the draw will be made for the fourth round with 45 clubs still in the competition.
it was boxers for the last round but on this occasion there will be football personalities making the draw, although I think it is fair to say that neither of them will have ever been involved in this particular competition. The draw will be made by the current England women's coach Hope Powell and her captain Faye White.
