Pugh back with the Clarets

Pughy was with Kidderminster before Christmas but returned to Burnley after manager Stuart Watkiss was sacked and he played in our reserve team win against Rochdale at the beginning of this month.

But he was back with the Conference club by weekend, following coach Mark Yates who the day before had been appointed as the new manager. He’s played four more games for them but the last two in the last few days have been as a substitute.

He’s been recalled by the Clarets and is expected to get back into a claret & blue shirt for this weekend’s Youth Alliance League game against Wrexham where we hope he will be back in the goal scoring form that has seen him net 18 goals for us already this season.
