After the win last night United manager Craig Levein was asked about the Robson situation and he said: "Of course I fear losing Robson. I'm the manager of the team and he is the best player. But nobody has made any offers and we'll cross that bridge when we come to it."
If no one has made any offers then maybe, just maybe, we are not one of the clubs interested in signing him. Owen Coyle, asked about the current situation, said today: "We've made various offers for players and at the moment it is stalemate. Everything can change in one phone call though.
"We'll continue in our attempt to bring players to the football club and try to ensure they are the right type to complement what we already have."
So if we've made offers for the players we want, and Levein as received no offers for Robson, then it has you believe that our targets are elsewhere.
