Stan and Wade make league team

Stanislav Varga - he and Wade Elliott make this week's Championship team

Loan signing Stanislav Varga has been named in the side alongside Leicester's Patrick Kisnorbo. In his league debut Varga helped us to keep a clean sheet and had a good game against a Plymouth side who to be fair showed little in the way of adventure.

Alongside him, and this one can come as no surprise, is Wade Elliott. He gave left back Lee Hodges as torrid an afternoon as I've seen any left back given at Burnley since he played against us for Bournemouth in an FA Cup tie three years ago this month.

Charlton and West Brom, both winners on Saturday, also have two players in the side whilst five other clubs have one representative.
