The pitch is fine but the problems remain outside with no gritting having been done around the ground. Certainly, at the time of the postponement the pavements on both Harry Potts Way remained very difficult and conditions on the side streets were even worse.
Safety officials believe there was a significant risk of injury because of the large numbers of pedestrian traffic and also a significant risk for vehicular traffic in the area.
For programme collectors, the match day programme has been printed and is available in the club shop.
