I was able to name the ten players but little else. Now here is a bit more information about them.
Tony Aghayere
Tony is a goalkeeper from the Spanish capital of Madrid and, hardly surprisingly, is a supporter of Real Madrid.
He's a keen swimmer and guitarist and has previously played for both Manchester City and Blackburn before arriving at Turf Moor.
Jamal Crawford
Midfielder Jamal is a winger from Manchester who has already played in the Clarets' youth team during last season. A Manchester United fan he finished 2nd throughout the UK in the long jump for his age group in 2012.
Vashiko Dixon
Vashiko is from Zimbabwe and his preferred position is right back. Like Tony Aghayere, he's also played for both Blackburn and Manchester United.
Josh Dolling
Josh is another who has previously been with Manchester United but, like Crawford, also played in the youth team last season. He's a striker from Hillingdon.
Hamam El-Fitouri
Hamam is a Libyan born defender for whom Burnley is his first club.
Shaun Hobson
Shaun, like Jamal Crawford, hails from Manchester and plays at centre back.
Khius Metz
Khius is probably the best known name to any Burnley supporters. He made his youth team debut for the club during the 2012/13 season and has gone on to join up with the Republic of Ireland under-17 squad, courtesy of Irish grandparents.
Khius, a quick and clever striker, is also from Manchester. He attended the same school as former Olympic Gold Medal sprinter Darren Campbell and broke his 200m school record which had stood for 20 years.
Lewis Norvock
Central defender Lewis is from Cleethorpes in Lincolnshire and has previously been, as a schoolboy, with both Scunthorpe and more recently our Premier League rivals Hull.
Andrew Nugent
Andrew will probably be the tour guide for the other nine as I'm sure he knows his way around Turf Moor and Gawthorpe better than the rest.
Another from Manchester, but Andrew has been with Burnley since he was in the under-9 squad, a total of eight years. He is a defender who prefers the left back position.
Aiden O'Neill
Aiden is an Aussie from Brisbane who now lives locally. The central midfielder has previously played for Brisbane Athletic before moving to England.
All ten of them are aged 16 and their dates of birth have now been added to the CURRENT SQUAD list.
