Your Reading ticket – what to do

Some of the tickets will have been used by people getting into the stadium via the automated turnstiles, others not for people who hadn't made it inside. If you intend going to the game on Tuesday it doesn't matter whether you used it or not, all tickets will be activated again to enable them to be used.
If you are not going on Tuesday, you will be entitled to a refund on your ticket. If you bought it in advance from the ticket office at Turf Moor you will need to return it to receive your refund. You can do this from 10:00 a.m. on Monday 8th January.
If you travelled to Reading without a ticket and purchased one on the day at the Madejski then Burnley will not be able to refund your money. In this circumstance you will need to contact Reading Football Club to claim your refund.
Please note that Reading Football Club have placed a time limit on accepting applications for refunds – this is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Any applications after this time, even by post, will not be accepted and no refund will be paid.
