The game was brought forward initially to 10:00 a.m. to get it played in time for people to get back to Deepdale for the first team game, but now its been called off and as yet there's no new date for the game.

We'll next be in action a week on Saturday when we travel to play Rochdale away. This game kicks off on 24th January at Rossendale United's Dark Lane. If you're not going to West Brom for the FA Cup tie then maybe you can give the youth team your support.

A number of our fixtures have now been re-arranged, please check them at the link at the bottom of this article.

All last week's Youth Alliance League games were, hardly surprisingly, called off and there have been no games played in the league since Christmas.

This Saturday there's a full fixture list, other than our game, and that means Carlisle could go four points clear at the top should they beat Blackpool although we would have three games in hand.

The fixtures are shown below along with our goalscorers and links to the tables and fixtures for both the reserve and youth teams.

This week's fixtures

Accrington v Macclesfield
Bury v Oldham
Carlisle v Blackpool
Morecambe v Rochdale
Shrewsbury v Wigan
Stockport v Chester
Walsall v Port Vale
Wrexham v Tranmere
