There were only three games scheduled all week in the league, two involving Burnley, but they, like Tranmere's home game against Oldham, were ruled out because of frozen grounds.
Slightly higher temperatures are expected by the weekend but that could come too late for the next fixtures with the Clarets due to face Preston at Gawthorpe.
